It becomes popular to keep healthy diet nowadays. They are called wellness-cocktails and often met in the shops. Definitely, that’s good. We all know that sugary and fizzy drinks affect negatively but they are still found everywhere. There are many helpful options even on your phone that make your daily menu considering your tastes and preferences. Do you think you can click on your phone only if you want to read a book online or get a car rental for this weekend? Thankfully, there are many more useful options on your gadgets. But first, let’s learn more about drinks you shouldn’t use often. Do you like juice? Be careful, it can not only do your health great favors. Check it.

  1. Juice

Everyone likes juice. You can drink juice in the morning, for lunch or just to refresh yourself during the break. Do you know that juice (fresh, bottled, or pasteurized) is the fastest way to add calories to your menu? How? The cup of the orange juice is rich in calories no less than 6 oranges. Of course, juices are different. Traditionally, fresh juice is healthier than concentrate. Think about it and try to take fresh fruits for breakfast or drink some water with the pieces of fresh fruits in it.

  1. Sugar Coffee Drinks

Do you like cappuccino, frappuccino, and mochaccino? They are pretty tasty, aren’t they? Do you know how many calories are there? A glass of your favorite cappuccino contains more than 1000 calories. So, if you don’t want to take coffee as a dessert you should avoid sweet syrups, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and other tasty additions. Too much sugar for your healthy diet!

No. Never ever drink it! It can be cola, lemonades, tonic! Each of these popular beverages contains about 13 teaspoons of sugar that is more than you need per day. If you want to drink and have nothing else near by hand, you can drink soda, but go easy on it. Don’t make it your habit.

Do you like sweet milk? There are different sorts of milk and different tastes. Which one do you prefer: nutty milk, chocolate or fruit milk? There is a naked truth – sweet milks contain much sugar. Actually, you cannot take anything good and healthy from it. So, it is better to drink just milk with no additives.

  1. Alcohol cocktails

You can hardly find something useful in alcohol. Nevertheless, people drink alcohol drinks on different occasions. What about cocktails? The variety of alcohol cocktails is impressive: Margaritas, Pina coladas, Dry martini. They all are tasty but not healthy. They contain preserving agents and much sugar. If you cannot stay without the alcohol cocktail tonight, it is better do it on your own. You may use alcohol, fresh fruits, herbs and berries.

There is a golden rule: if you need proteins, you’d better drink milk, yogurt, eat eggs, seafood, and chicken meat. It is natural and healthy.

If you not a professional sportsman, you don’t need special food before or after training. Sport drinks are taken to help people to boost their energy, stay active and motivated. As a rule, sport drinks cannot help you to balance your organism. They are made of sugar and minerals. It can add your calories if you drink it regularly. Drink water instead!

If you buy a bottled tea in the shop, it must be sweet and tasty. Actually, it is too sweet to drink it regularly. If you like drinking iced tea, you can make tea on your own, add spices, fruits and aromatic herbs and freeze it.

It is not a secret that sparkling drinks are full of artificial sweeteners. You can read it even from the label. All these reagents are not very much harmful for our health. If you really need something sparkling, you can try diet cola or something.

Whatever taste you have, the best choice is water. It is good for your body. What is more, there are no calories. You can drink water when you are in sport or on diet. There are no sugar and other harmful reagents. If it is too simple for your taste, you may add some fruits and herbs into the glass of water and enjoy it. You can order it even in the restaurant, if you will keep healthy diet so far.
