Indian Women are Showing Menopause Symptoms in 29-34 years

New Delhi: A study has shown that approximately 2% of Indian women experience symptoms of menopause, ie menopause between 29 to 34 years. In addition, this figure increases by 8 percent in women between the ages of 35 and 39 years. A study conducted by Nova Evi Fertility and Evie Spain has shown that Indian women’s ovaries are more than 6 years faster than Caucasian women. The results are very serious.

Fast Moving Forward Biological Clock

These days’ people marry late and pregnant too late, they are unaware that the biological clock of Indian women is fast is moving forward from. These days, the incidence of male infertility is also increasing, and it is happening in large cities where people are going through a stressful lifestyle. “In the POF the ovaries are damaged and they do not produce sufficient amount of estrogen hormone or Regularly do not give the egg. Menopause is the  Byproduct of Poor Lifestyle

Lifestyle-related changes such as smoking, the use of contraceptive pills, any surgery done before the ovaries, therapy for prevention of cancer and family POF etc. are some of the well-known reasons, due to which the number of ovules She goes. Another symptom of POF is not to have a menstrual cycle or to have it on time. Many times a woman has periods at regular times, and sometimes the next few months do not occur periodically. Other such symptoms of menopause such as night sweats, sleepiness, stress, early mood changes, dryness in the vagina, lack of strength, and decrease of desire for sex, problems of pain during sex and problems like bladder control can be seen.
